• Cueing: Techniques for clear and impactful cueing using imagery and precise language.
• Musicality: Practice using music as a tool to guide movement pacing and intensity.
• Common Mistakes: How to identify common mistakes and offer simple, effective adjustments.
• Modifications: Ways to adapt PCW1 to make it more challenging or gentle to meet your students' needs.
• Equipment: Best practices for using equipment to make exercises more accessible.

You will not only deepen your understanding of Essentrics for your personal practice but also come away prepared to lead classes with professionalism and confidence.
