I’m 56 yrs old and a few months ago, I decided that what I had been doing my whole life just doesn’t work for me. Brutal workouts and restrictive eating/bingeing just hurt me in every way. These workouts have improved my flexibility, eased joint pain, and I find myself saying “Thank you Miranda, see you tomorrow.” after each workout. It’s gentle but so effective. I own several dvd’s that I rotate through and enjoy
every minute and actually smile instead of grimace.
