The virtual exam option is hosted through an online conference tool.
The live exam option is available in select cities* for an in-person exam experience. You must receive approval and confirmation of date and time from the Teacher Training Department before selecting this option.

EXAM SUBMISSION STEPS
Upon payment completion you will receive two emails:
One email to confirm successful payment and the second email with instructions on how to proceed with your L4 exam submission as detailed in your Exam Submission Package on the L4 Training Resource Webpage.

LEVEL 4 CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Practical teaching hours: 18 hours taught as a Certified Level 3 Essentrics® Instructor
You are required to teach 18 one-hour Apprentice classes using any Essentrics Pre-Choreographed Workout of your choice. One participant after each class session must sign the provided signature form as proof, which you will submit upon completion of this component.
Theoretical evaluation: Multiple choice
Based on the Level 4 curriculum.
Practical Evaluation: Live in-person or virtual assessment + recorded 1-hr class
Part I: Once you have completed your 18 Apprentice hours. Live in-person or Skype evaluation with a Master Instructor. Demonstration of strengthening exercises as outlined in the Level 4 evaluation booklet with appropriate application of techniques, modifications, anatomy and physiology that is expected from a Level 4 Instructor.
Part II: A recorded video submission of a one-hour full-body rebalancing Essentrics class demonstrating an understanding and appropriate use of techniques, objectives, imagery, tempo, modifications, anatomy, class flow and confidence that is expected from a Level 4 instructor. A simple breakdown of the workout with the provided template is required. Your target class demographic will reflect your chosen certification track.
