The virtual exam option is hosted through an online conference tool.
The live exam option is available in select cities* for an in-person exam experience. You must receive approval and confirmation of date and time from the Teacher Training Department before selecting this option.

EXAM SUBMISSION STEPS
Upon payment completion you will receive two emails:
One email to confirm successful payment and the second email with instructions on how to proceed with your L3 exam submission as detailed in your Exam Submission Package on the L3 Training Resource Webpage.
Please add examsubmissions@essentrics.com to your safe contact list as this is the primary source for all Essentrics exam-related communication.

L3 EVALUATION PROCESS:
LEVEL 3 CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Practical teaching hours: 18 hours taught as a Certified Level 2 Essentrics® Instructor
You are required to teach 18 one-hour Apprentice classes using any Essentrics Pre-Choreographed Workout of your choice. One participant after each class session must sign the provided signature form as proof, which you will submit upon completion of this component.
Theoretical evaluation: Multiple choice
Based on the Level 3 curriculum.
Practical Evaluation: Live in-person or virtual assessment + recorded video sequences
Part I: Once you have completed your 18 Apprentice hours. Live in-person or Skype evaluation with a Master Instructor. Demonstration of flexibility and therapeutic exercise sequences as outlined in the Level 3 evaluation booklet with tailored sequences for an Aging Backwards® demographic. You will be evaluated on your application of techniques with the exercises and your ability to communicate your knowledge of anatomy and the neuromuscular system, in relation to mobility and healing from pain and injuries.
Part II: A recorded video submission of the Level 3 Flexibility and Therapeutic sequences that will be assigned to you by your Examiner.
